T24 Core Consultant - Customer Domain
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support solutions in the T24 Customer Domain (Customer, Address, Customer Charges)
- Work on T24 R22 TAFJ+ environments using DBTools and Design Studio
- Develop and integrate APIs on IRIS and manage Event Framework (IF) configurations
- Participate in T24 upgrades, COB optimization, and performance improvements
- Provide incident management and end-user production support
- Collaborate with vendor teams (Temenos) for issue resolution and enhancements
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and DevOps practices (GIT, CI/CD)
Required Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 4 years of experience in T24 development
- Strong programming skills in Java, JBase, and PL/SQL
- Proficiency with SQL for T24 data extracts
- Experience in T24 upgrades and implementations
- Strong knowledge of Customer Core domain
- Exposure to COB support and optimization
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or French
Nice to have
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (GIT, CI/CD pipelines)
- Knowledge of Agile delivery models
- Bilingual proficiency (English and French) for multicultural environments
